Every week, I’ll guide you through practice to take care of your Body, Mind and Belly.

  • Tuesdays 8:30-9:00am: Inner QI work

  • Thursdays 17:00-17:30am: Meditation

  • Friday inspirations 12:00-12:20pm:  Seasonal soup or dish recipes for health
  • Saturday 10:00-10:40am: Reviews and Q&A

At anytime you prefer, you can review the recordings of above lessons to internalise the movements.
